Join the team at Bistro St Jacques for the Spring edition of our regional dinner series - seasonal Journey through Mediterranean Spring. Featuring a five-course menu with regional wines paired perfectly to each course.

Mediterranean spring is a season of light, colour, and abundance; tender vegetables, fresh herbs, citrus, fragrant blossoms, and the bounty of the land and sea come together in a harmonious blend of flavour and texture.
