Southern France wine dinner
A trip to France without leaving Sydney. Join us on Wednesday, 5th March, for a Southern France Wine Dinner, which will take you on a culinary journey through the region, with a 5-course menu paired with matching wines.
5-course menu with wine pairing:
Salt Cod Fritter – Black garlic emulsion & watercress
Tian of Ratatouille – Basil, tomato & goat’s cheese
Provencal Fish Soup ‘Bourride’ – Potato, baby leek, fennel & aioli
Duck Confit – Braised white beans, smoked sausage
Walnut & Caramel Tart – Chantilly cream
Each course is paired with wines selected to highlight the depth and character of Southern French cuisine.
